Why do I often receive spam messages on my QQ?

1. Because some of the users’ friends’ QQ passwords were stolen, and the people who stole them randomly sent advertisements to their friends on it, so the users received them.

2. There is a virus in the computer, and there is a virus in QQ. Solution:

Reinstall QQ and disinfect it.

Just kill all the computers and kill all the viruses.

3. When you receive spam messages sent to the user by others but they have not been sent to the user at all.

It proves that the QQ of the person who sent spam messages to users was infected with a virus such as QQ Tail.

How to solve:

1. Log in to QQ as a user and open the settings on the QQ list page;

2. Click "Permission Settings" and select " Temporary session";

3. Check "Do not receive any temporary session messages".
