Where is the second prison in Kunming, Yunnan?

The second prison of Yunnan Province was built on March 8th, 195 1. It's next to the School of Law of Yunnan University (formerly Yunnan University of Political Science and Law). As the only prison in China for holding serious drug offenders and the only prison open to the outside world in Southwest China, generations of builders have been following the footsteps of their predecessors' self-reliance and hard struggle, constantly emancipating their minds and forging ahead.
