The customer service lady receives many similar password-related questions every day. In this issue, we will sort out the things about passwords.

01 What are the password types?

1. The trading password is used when logging into the trading software.

2. The fund password is used when signing bank contracts and depositing and withdrawing funds.

3. The bank password is the bank card password, which is used when depositing and withdrawing funds at the bank.

4. The monitoring center password is used by customers when checking bills in the monitoring center. The account number is 0181 + futures account. The initial password is a random password of 8 digits + letters (the first 4 digits, the last 4 letters) ).

5. The cloud platform digital certificate password is the password set by the customer when downloading the digital certificate on the cloud platform. It is used by the customer to verify their identity when handling business on the cloud platform. If it is forgotten, it can be reset through the video.

The market account is a futures capital account, and the password is 6 8 (if it displays none This username can also use the public market account: glqh, password: glqh).

02What is the initial password?

Initial transaction password and fund password for new customers:

Individual customers are the last six digits of their ID cards (if the number ends in X, remove the last six digits of X), The unit customer is the last six digits of the business license number (letters removed).

03What are the requirements for password modification?

·After logging in/resetting the trading password for the first time, the trading software will pop up a prompt to change the password, and the customer needs to change the initial password to a strong password in the software.

·The transaction password must be 8 digits or more, and contain at least two combinations of numbers, letters (can be uppercase or lowercase), and special symbols.

·The fund password must be a 6-digit pure number.

·If the monitoring center uses the initial password to log in 3 times without changing it, the initial password will become invalid.

Note: When changing the password, you need to select the password type (transaction password or fund password) and change it separately. After changing the password in any trading software, other trading software will be changed simultaneously.

04What should I do if I forget my password?

If you forget the transaction/funding password or the monitoring center password, the customer can only submit a password reset application. After the password reset is completed, the customer can log in to the trading software to modify the transaction/funding password and log in to the monitoring The center can change the monitoring center password on its own.

Currently, natural person customers can handle the process through the Guolian Futures Palm Business Hall of the Guolian Futures app or the WeChat public account Guolian Futures Micro Palm Hall, or they can contact the account opening business department to handle the matter offline. Institutional customers can only contact the account opening sales department for offline processing.

Note: When resetting the password, you need to select the type of password reset. The reset transaction password/fund password is the last six digits of the ID number (same as the initial password), and the reset monitoring center password is a random combination of 8 digits + letters (subject to the notification after completion).
