2. Go to Settings-More Settings-About Mobile Phone-SIM card status to turn off VoLTE calls.

3. Please contact the operator to turn off the VoLTE function of the SIM card.

Note: At present, when some models install SIM cards of China Mobile, China Telecom and China Unicom, the option of "VoLTE HD Call" is hidden by default, and the system turns on the VoLTE function by default, and no option is set. If you don't need to use this function, you can contact the operator to close the VoLTE service.
