Do intruders need to be isolated?

"Outsiders" refer to people who flood into our province from cities where high-risk areas are located.

If your yellow code says "people flowing into risky cities", it means that you are a person with certain risks from the city where China is located in a high-risk area, and you need a negative result of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before you can flow in an orderly manner.

If you have stayed in key epidemic areas and high-risk areas in China, or have crossed with confirmed patients (close contacts) at the same time and in the same space, it means that you have become the object of epidemic prevention investigation and management, and the health code will be changed from "green code" to "yellow code".

If the yellow code is found to be inaccurate, it can reflect the actual situation to the epidemic prevention and control departments in the counties and cities where it is located. After verification by the epidemic prevention and control department at or above the county level, the yellow code will be unified by the city and state.

Do intruders need to be isolated?

No need for isolation.

Yellow code personnel are given yellow code, but yellow code personnel are medium risk personnel. When yellow code personnel are found, they should be protected first, and the towns, villages (communities) and health institutions (urban health service centers or hospitals) where the yellow code personnel are located should be notified, and the yellow code personnel should be safely and orderly transported to the nearest nucleic acid sampling point and then transported to their residence, and relevant prevention and control measures should be implemented.

If it is judged that it has penetrated into the high-risk area, it will be monitored at home for seven days, during which nucleic acid testing will be carried out twice. If it is negative, you can apply for transcoding. In some places, they can be converted into green codes after a nucleic acid test.

note:

All yellow code personnel are not allowed to flow without special circumstances before transcoding. If you need to flow, you need to report to the county CDC and agree to flow.
