What does the residual pressure monitoring alarm mean?

The residual pressure monitoring system is developed according to People's Republic of China (PRC) national standards GB500 16-20 14 "Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings" and GB 512512017 "Technical Standard for Smoke Control and Exhaust System of Buildings", which is mainly used in the front room of buildings. The residual pressure monitoring system mainly includes: residual pressure detector, residual pressure controller, residual pressure monitoring host and pressure relief valve actuator. The residual pressure monitoring system monitors the residual pressure value in real time through the residual pressure detector, and dynamically adjusts the bypass pressure relief valve (electric split multi-page regulating valve) of the ventilation pipeline through the linkage of the residual pressure controller and the pressure relief valve actuator. By changing the air supply volume in the pressurized area, the pressure difference between the two sides of the fire door is controlled, so that the residual pressure in the front room, stairwell and refuge room can be effectively controlled in case of fire, which can not only prevent the spread of smoke, but also make the evacuees easily open the fire door to escape and ensure the smooth, safe and rapid evacuation of personnel.
