How to cancel the account?

Today's Alipay has been closely related to online shopping life. Because of passion or work needs, I applied for many Alipay accounts and wanted to cancel the unused accounts. The following are the steps to cancel Alipay account.

1. Log in to Alipay official website and click "Help Center" in the upper right corner, as shown below.

2. On the next page, open "Self-help", as shown below. Then drag the page down and find the "cancelled account". Click.

3. In the new page, there will be a waiting time of 5 seconds, mainly to see whether the payment environment is safe, whether the Alipay account is frozen, whether it is activated, and so on. As shown below, if everything is normal, click OK.

4. After submitting the information, Alipay official website will be prompted. If the condition is to cancel, just click Next step by step according to the official instructions. (Alipay here can't take a screenshot because it doesn't meet the cancellation conditions. )

There is a balance in the account, as shown below. There are accounts receivable and so on. These will be prompted by Alipay. Follow the official requirements. The prompt that pops up on the Alipay page will solve all the conditions that do not meet the cancellation.

5. About canceling Alipay account. If there is no real-name authentication, there is no real-name authentication, mobile phone binding, mobile phone subscription, etc., which is a little more troublesome than not authenticating. After the operation in the fourth step, follow the tips on the website soon.

6. If it has passed the real-name authentication, Alipay will provide corresponding services according to the user type. For example, users with real-name authentication need to fill in the ID number, users with mobile phone binding need to fill in the mobile phone verification code, and those who have made a guarantee must write a guarantee. Generally speaking, these are the only situations. Just fill in the page given by Alipay carefully.

7. After finally clicking "Confirm Cancellation", official website will automatically inquire about the cancellation information of the secondary account. If there is nothing wrong with the page, then we have to wait and the official will review it within 48 hours. Once the cancellation is successful, you will receive a formal SMS or email. Of course, if the official website system fails to automatically verify the cancellation of the secondary account, it will also receive a text message or email, which will be left to the official contact information to continue to solve the problems that need to be solved.
