Alibaba Cloud's first job experience.

The cause of this time is a passive job change. I voted for Ali last year, so I got my resume from Ali's resume library in July. The work direction of the department was in line with my previous experience (monitoring platform development), so I was lucky to get the offer.

On September 4th, I bid farewell to shopee's colleagues. On the 8th, I left Shenzhen, where I worked for four years, and went to Hangzhou. Alibaba Cloud officially joined on the 8th, 10. Currently working in Ali for more than 1 month. I want to record my little feelings.

When I first came here, I didn't know what to talk to boys, because I was the only girl on the team. I felt bored a few days ago.

After getting to know each other a little, I found that the team members are great and helpful. If you have any questions, answer them enthusiastically, or even pull them directly to the whiteboard in the conference room to explain. I also consulted my colleagues in the evening, and my colleagues will call directly to give advice on how to solve the problem.

My leader is a very kind person. Every question I ask will be answered in detail, and even you can call me directly. On the day of employment, the leader arranged a team dinner to welcome new partners, so my trip to Alibaba Cloud began with a hot pot ~

The brother who took me there is a very clever man. Besides giving me guidance at work, he will also give me some psychological counseling. You will find my anxiety and tell me to focus on the problem and not to be nervous.

The monitoring platform that my team is responsible for needs to support the entire business of Alibaba Group and provide monitoring products to proprietary cloud customers.

We are the R&D team of Alibaba Cloud Intelligent Business Group Hybrid Cloud Monitoring Platform. The team is responsible for developing the monitoring platform of Alibaba Group, and has experienced the test of business/application/system monitoring under double 1 1 traffic for many times. Provide monitoring solutions for customers on the cloud outside Ali economy.

You will face the scale challenges brought by massive monitoring data, tens of millions of monitoring indicators and tens of thousands of users, and will also participate in and lead the productization practice of intelligent operation and maintenance (AIOps) technology based on machine learning in the monitoring field.

The positions we recruit are JAVA/GO/ Front-end R&D and Algorithm-Machine Learning (intelligent operation and maintenance direction), and the working place can be Beijing/Hangzhou.
