How to highlight the font of "Garbage Classification I Go First"

1. First open PS and create a new canvas with the color white.

2. Then select the text tool and enter the desired text.

3. Then select the text layer, click the fx icon below (or right-click on the layer and select blending options), and select gloss.

4. Then in the gloss tab, select the mode as Overlay, the color as white or other desired color, adjust the size, range and opacity of the gloss, and finally click OK.

5. Save at last.
