Can I cancel the M-Zone SMS package?

Hello, there are two kinds of SMS packages in Beijing Mobile M-Zone, one is mandatory and the other is optional. If you want to cancel, you can only cancel the optional SMS subscription. The required package cannot be cancelled, but it can be changed. You can change it to other necessary packages, such as Internet packages.
