Internal structure of Weihai Planning Bureau

First, there are six departments:

Office

To assist the bureau leaders in organizing and coordinating the daily work of the organs; Responsible for the drafting of secretarial, archives, confidential, security, information, letters and visits, proposals, reception, meeting organization and comprehensive manuscripts; Responsible for the financial affairs, state-owned assets management and logistics services of the bureau; Be responsible for guiding the financial management of directly affiliated units; Responsible for the personnel, labor management and management services of retirees of the bureau and its directly affiliated units; Responsible for the ideological and political work and discipline inspection, supervision, comprehensive management of social security, party and mass work of the bureau organs and directly affiliated units; Be responsible for filing the drawings and technical data of the planning system.

Land use planning section

is responsible for the preparation, review, approval, adjustment and change of urban planning; Responsible for the transfer planning of urban state-owned land, and put forward the annual real estate construction land supply plan; Responsible for the overall urban planning, zoning planning, detailed residential planning, professional planning, factory (hospital) district planning review; Responsible for the planning and control of all kinds of urban roads.

the construction project management section

is responsible for reviewing the construction plans of all kinds of construction projects and structures in the urban planning area; Responsible for putting forward monomer design requirements; Responsible for the review of design schemes of various construction projects; Responsible for the site selection and fixed-point work of the city's construction projects, drafting the "Construction Project Site Selection Opinion" and handling the "Construction Land Planning Permit"; Responsible for issuing the Construction Project Planning Permit.

The Regulation Supervision Section

is responsible for the publicity and education of the Urban Planning Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations; Responsible for the management of temporary land use and temporary construction projects, examine and issue the Permit for Planning Temporary Construction Land and the Permit for Planning Temporary Construction Projects, and supervise their timely demolition and clearing; Responsible for investigating and dealing with illegal land use and illegal construction projects that violate the planning; Responsible for the city's planning and management business letters and visits, telephone reports and related cases of complaints, litigation and administrative reconsideration.

(5) The Urban Planning Technology Research Office

is responsible for the strategic planning of urban development; Organize and coordinate the site selection and feasibility study of major infrastructure and large-scale construction projects in the city; Responsible for the technical control of planning and design, organize the formulation of technical specifications for planning and management, and solve technical problems in urban planning; Responsible for the preliminary review of important architectural planning and design schemes; Responsible for organizing the qualification examination and approval of urban planning and design units; Responsible for the daily work of the office of the Municipal Planning Commission.

(6) Municipal Pipeline Management Section

is responsible for the review and approval of road pipeline planning and design schemes within the scope of urban planning, and issues "two certificates and one book" for road pipeline projects, namely "Opinions on Site Selection of Construction Projects", "Construction Land Planning Permit" and "Construction Project Planning Permit"; Responsible for the direction and layout coordination of temporary pipelines and other buildings and structures.
