is responsible for reviewing the construction plans of all kinds of construction projects and structures in the urban planning area; Responsible for putting forward monomer design requirements; Responsible for the review of design schemes of various construction projects; Responsible for the site selection and fixed-point work of the city's construction projects, drafting the "Construction Project Site Selection Opinion" and handling the "Construction Land Planning Permit"; Responsible for issuing the Construction Project Planning Permit.

The Regulation Supervision Section

is responsible for the publicity and education of the Urban Planning Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations; Responsible for the management of temporary land use and temporary construction projects, examine and issue the Permit for Planning Temporary Construction Land and the Permit for Planning Temporary Construction Projects, and supervise their timely demolition and clearing; Responsible for investigating and dealing with illegal land use and illegal construction projects that violate the planning; Responsible for the city's planning and management business letters and visits, telephone reports and related cases of complaints, litigation and administrative reconsideration.
