Fetion can be used in three ways: desktop client, mobile client and SMS. It's free to use desktop computer client to log in to Fetion to send short messages. Using mobile phone client to send Fetion short messages charges GPRS traffic fee, 0.03 yuan /KB, which can handle GPRS package, which is relatively cost-saving. SMS sending is charged according to the normal mobile network SMS, which can be recorded in the network SMS every month. Fetion chat is a two-way charge.
