According to the requirements of the recent epidemic prevention and control work, the following arrangements are made to further strengthen the epidemic prevention and control work in our city:

First, actively cooperate with nucleic acid detection. According to the development of epidemic prevention and control situation, our city will expand the scope of nucleic acid testing in a timely manner, and carry out multiple rounds of testing in key areas as appropriate. The general public are requested to obey the arrangement, make an online appointment in advance, observe the on-site order of detection points, and implement prevention and control measures such as wearing masks and keeping a distance of more than one meter to ensure the safety, order and efficiency of nucleic acid detection.

Second, strictly implement isolation control measures. The closed control area is "the area is closed, and people are served at the door", the control area is "no people are allowed to leave the area, no gathering is allowed", and the prevention area is "strengthening social control and strictly limiting the gathering of people". Strictly abide by the control requirements and do not go out without authorization. Those who violate the relevant regulations and cause the risk of epidemic spread will be investigated for legal responsibility according to law.

Third, implement traffic prevention and control measures. Advocate green travel, don't take all kinds of means of transportation unless necessary, strengthen passenger flow guidance at traffic stations such as roads, railways, ports and docks and crowded places such as farmers' markets, shopping malls and supermarkets to avoid people gathering, carefully check passenger information, and implement requirements such as wearing masks, measuring temperature and checking codes; All kinds of buses, taxis and internet taxis should implement the prevention and control requirements such as wearing masks, temperature detection, code inspection, boarding without red and orange codes, ventilation and disinfection. Passenger vehicles must control the number of passengers and do a good job in personal protection of staff.

Fourth, strengthen community management in an all-round way. Strict access control is fully implemented in each community, access control ports are set reasonably according to the situation of the community, and 24-hour duty is implemented. Personnel must take temperature measurement, check code and wear masks. Personnel and vehicles must be inspected one by one, and they can only enter the community if they meet the requirements of prevention and control. Express delivery, take-away, etc. The goods should be delivered in a "non-contact" way, and the goods should be placed in the storage place designated by the community.

Fifth, crack down on illegal crimes. If there are illegal acts that disrupt social order, such as clearly marking prices, colluding with price increases, driving up prices, and short weight, citizens are welcome to call the hotline 12345 or 123 15 to complain and report, and severely crack down on illegal and criminal acts such as using the epidemic to drive up prices and hoarding.
