Method 2: Log in to ICBC's personal online bank, enter ICBC Messenger, Messenger Service Agreement, Usage Agreement, Opening/Modification/Cancellation, and select to open customized messenger service to confirm success.

Method 3: After processing through the self-service terminal of ICBC outlets, inserting the card and entering the password to verify the ID card, select ICBC Messenger Service-"Select Enable (View Messenger Usage Agreement)-"Enter the bound mobile phone number-"Confirm with verification code-"and the activation is successful.
