Why can't I get the email from Xiaomi account and send it to QQ mailbox to verify?

Possible causes and solutions are as follows:

It may take some time for the system to respond, and the email is delayed. Wait a moment and have a look, or on the page where the password is retrieved, click "resend" to try.

Maybe the qq mailbox intercepted the email sent by Xiaomi system, open the qq mailbox, click "trash can" and check whether you have received the relevant email in the trash can;

Check the qq mailbox that received the email to see if there is any error in the mailbox. If there are any mistakes, change them in time;

There may be something wrong with qq mailbox. Try to change to other mainstream email addresses, such as 163, 126 and so on.
