How to apply for labor arbitration online

2. WeChat official account, local human resources and social security bureau

(1) Open the official WeChat account of the local Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, click on "Insurance Services" and select "Laborers Apply for Filing". Workers can apply for labor arbitration after real-name certification.

(2) Using the WeChat client, the applicant can fill in the information of the parties to the case, the labor arbitration request and the factual reasons according to the actual situation, and upload the photo of the ID card and the preliminary evidence materials. After the application is submitted, the arbitration commission will review it within 3 working days.

(3) The audit results will be notified to the parties in the form of short messages. Notice "the application will not be approved", the parties may, according to the audit opinion, correct the materials and re-submit the pre-application; If "approval" is notified, the applicant only needs to bring the original materials submitted to the acceptance window for on-site confirmation. After the on-site confirmation is correct, the case can enter the acceptance procedure.
