How is it that there is no sound in vivo mobile phone calls?

There is no sound processing method for mobile phone calls:

4. Restore all settings

Origin OS/FunTouch OS 9.2/IKO Monster UI and above: Enter Settings-System Management-Backup and Reset-Restore all settings;

Funtouch OS 9.2 or below: Enter Settings-More Settings-Backup and Reset/Restore Factory Settings-Restore All Settings.

You can enter Settings-System Management/More Settings-Backup and Reset/Restore Factory Settings-Restore All Settings-Restore, Restore Settings Options.

This operation will not delete the media file, but will cancel the password and restore all settings, including the set wallpaper, unlocking method, WiFi, default opening program, etc.

Enter Cloud Service-Device Cloud Backup-Backup Data Type-System Data-Back-Back up some backup system settings and desktop layout immediately.

Cloud service-data synchronization-turn on WLAN and Bluetooth to synchronize data to cloud service.
