How does WeChat send text messages to people who don't build a group?

I-> Settings-> General->; Function-> Select "public assistant"->; Turn on mass sending-> Selecting friends can help you send messages to multiple friends separately (the difference from group chat is that all members can view the messages you send, while the messages sent by group assistants are sent to your selected friends separately, not publicly). To turn this feature off, click below to disable it.
