Disciplinary requirements for general elections

1 It is strictly prohibited to prevent villagers (residents) and members of collective economic organizations from exercising their right to vote and stand for election by violence, threats, deception, bribery, forgery of votes, false reporting of election votes and other improper means.

It is strictly forbidden to destroy and obstruct the election by smashing ballot boxes, tearing up ballots, and attacking election sites.

It is strictly forbidden to use religion, clan, family power or evil forces to interfere in, manipulate or disrupt elections, participate in or instruct others to avoid boycotting meetings, tracking and monitoring, falsely entrusting, posting posters, distributing leaflets and other improper activities.

It is strictly forbidden to use false accusations to frame, slander or slander others, or to create and spread rumors to disrupt the general election.

It is strictly forbidden to take revenge on those who report and accuse violations of discipline and law in the election work.

It is strictly forbidden to use the opportunity of the general election to spend money or privately divide public funds and property, to distribute bonuses, subsidies or souvenirs indiscriminately, to travel with public funds, to eat with public funds, or to ask candidates (self-recommended persons) and elected persons for money and begging.

7. It is strictly prohibited to frequently transfer organizational relations and assault the development of party member before the transition.

It is strictly forbidden not to hand over seals, account books, files and related affairs after handover.

It is strictly forbidden to interfere with the normal development of the general election of village and community organizations by other improper means.

Ten are not allowed.

1 Do not give voters cash, certificates of deposit, bank cards, membership cards, securities, shopping cards, payment vouchers, electronic red-envelope or physical objects for canvassing.

It is not allowed to provide voters with food, tourism, leisure, fitness, entertainment and other consumption activities to canvass.

It is not allowed to give money or property to voters in disguised form in the name of sympathy and assistance, or to pay various insurance, digital TV, water and electricity, telephone and other expenses for voters' canvassing.

4. Do not pay the deposit, and promise to distribute the deposit to voters to canvass after being elected.

It is forbidden to give money or things to other candidates or give them some benefits to withdraw from the election.

6 Do not canvass by promising to sponsor village (community) organizations or mass organizations after being elected, exempting village (residents) from debts, and giving voters other benefits or benefits.

It is forbidden to illegally distribute village (community) collective assets, and use collective funds to pay various expenses to canvass voters.

8 It is not allowed to canvass by phone, sending WeChat, sending business cards, visiting in person, or entrusting or instructing relatives and friends to intercede or asking others to take care of them.

It is not allowed to induce or buy off election staff to engage in fraudulent activities by means such as bribery.

10 It is not allowed to use other means to canvass for bribery.
