First, the main problems existing in self-examination and self-correction

1, learning is not active enough. There is no time to study consciously and actively, and business knowledge is not proficient enough. When you encounter problems in your work, you often wait for the instructions of the leaders, and say step by step that the work is not solid, in-depth and meticulous.

2, do not pay attention to the comprehensiveness of business knowledge, wait until the problem appears to find a solution. When you encounter complicated things in your work, you sometimes take evasive measures. Not actively trying to find countermeasures, just waiting for a way to appear on its own, lacking a spirit of hard work and struggle. I haven't mastered many new things and knowledge well enough, and there is still a gap in applying theory to guide practice and promote work.

3. The concept of purpose has been diluted. The concept of serving the masses wholeheartedly is not strong enough, the ideological style is not grasped tightly enough, and the information service for the masses is not done enough. In the face of new situations and problems, we can't actively find ways to solve them, our minds are not emancipated enough, and the spirit of reform and innovation is not enough. Instead, we emphasize objective difficulties.

Second, the main reasons for the problems

1, lack of theoretical study, low political literacy, lack of systematic study of Scientific Outlook on Development's theory, especially Theory of Three Represents's theory, lack of deep understanding, lack of research, and lack of combination with practice, so that their understanding of theoretical knowledge is decoupled from practice, and they do not play the guiding role of theory, but study for the sake of learning, making learning formal and dogmatic, and unable to accurately grasp the situation.

2. I didn't learn enough business knowledge, and I didn't deeply realize the decisive role of business level in work efficiency and quality. To improve my business level, I have to study the business, but I am dependent on the business and think that the leader will have instructions. I don't have to rush to do it first, for fear that I can't do it well first. And I don't have a complete plan to learn business knowledge, so sometimes I am blind and lack some confidence in my work.

3. The working method is simple, only superficial, you can do your job well. The method of dealing with things is relatively simple, without innovative spirit, and the work style is not solid enough. You don't analyze the problem deeply, you don't think deeply. Sometimes you regard work as a burden, and you don't notice that the perfection of working methods will bring motivation to your work.

Third, the rectification measures and efforts

1, strengthen the study of political theory and constantly improve their political quality. In the future, I will seriously study Scientific Outlook on Development, Theory of Three Represents and other scientific theories, intensively read relevant key articles, learn and understand the spirit of the Party's documents in time, improve my political theory literacy and strengthen my political beliefs.

2. Further strengthen the concept of discipline, enhance the sense of discipline, establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, consciously strengthen the cultivation of party spirit, abide by the law, be honest and perform official duties, and complete all the work arranged by the superior leaders with a high sense of responsibility and dedication, diligent and down-to-earth style and courage to make progress despite difficulties.

3. Be aggressive and strive to improve the overall quality. We should constantly strengthen our study and exercise, strive to improve our professional knowledge, enhance our working ability and raise our work to a new level. We must improve our understanding of the importance and urgency of learning business knowledge, consciously study business hard, lay a solid foundation, and flexibly use reasonable methods and measures.
