First, the hospital strengthens the management of outpatient and emergency services, and outpatient services are treated in different periods.

All clinics in our hospital are open normally, and fever clinics are open 24 hours a day. It is recommended that patients who come to the hospital can make an appointment by telephone, WeChat or WeChat official account. All kinds of diagnosis and treatment work in our hospital are carried out normally.

Second, the hospital implements three-level pre-examination and triage for all hospital personnel.

Please bring your ID card and previous medical information to the outpatient clinic. People coming to the hospital should cooperate with hospital staff for testing and inquiry, set up pre-inspection triage points at the entrance of the hospital and the entrance of the fever clinic, take "temperature measurement, health check code, bank card and mask" for pre-inspection triage, and seriously ask about epidemiological history. Please show your wristband for inpatients, and please show your valid escort certificate for accompanying personnel. All staff in the hospital wear masks throughout the whole process and area.

If you have any of the following four situations, please go directly to the fever clinic:

① fever;

② The health code is "red team" or "yellow code", or the trip code is marked with "*";

(3) I or my family members have overlapping or suspicious overlapping with the activity tracks of the patients diagnosed in COVID-19;

(4) Receiving community /CDC telephone or SMS notification, requesting nucleic acid detection.

Third, pay attention to the distance and number of control personnel.

1. "One doctor, one patient, one consulting room" shall be strictly implemented in outpatient department, and unnecessary accompanying personnel shall not enter the consulting room. Please don't gather and communicate, and keep the social distance above 1 meter.

2. Please keep the distance above 1 m when queuing at the medicine taking window, registration fee window and blood collection window to reduce the chance of cross infection.

3. It is suggested that each patient only needs 1 person to accompany him.
