Samsung s6. There is no notification sound when someone sends a message on Momo mobile phone.

If there is no prompt sound when receiving messages from third-party chat software, we recommend that you:

1. Check whether the notification sound is turned on in the software settings and whether the volume is adjusted to the maximum.

2. If there is a switch with the word "Notification" in the notification bar at the top of the screen, please turn on the "Notification" switch.

3. Check whether the text message has sound. Adjust notification volume and system volume: Settings-Sound-Volume-Adjust notifications and system ringtones.

4. If it doesn’t work, try changing to other software versions.
