Recently, the Tianjin Municipal Government issued the "Implementation Plan for Deepening the Reform of the Approval System for Engineering Construction Projects in Tianjin" (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan").

The "Plan" mentions in the overall requirements that we must proceed from reality in everything, target shortcomings, strengthen top-level design, streamline and standardize the approval matters for engineering construction projects, scientifically set up the approval process, and strengthen "one Create a blueprint and integrate multiple regulations into one" project planning and generation mechanism, clarify the operational procedures for certification and notification of commitments by letter, improve construction project agency (assistant) services, optimize the joint approval system for engineering construction projects in Tianjin, and use the "One Network for Government Affairs" platform , realize the maximum sharing of information resources.

At the same time, it is clear that the approval time for engineering construction projects will continue to be reduced. For general social investment engineering construction projects, it will not exceed 80 days from obtaining land to obtaining a construction permit, and a scientific, convenient and efficient project will be formed by the end of 2019. The construction project approval and management system will be unified with the whole country by the first half of 2020 to create the best construction management business environment in the country.
