How to cancel SMS service fee

There are three ways to cancel the SMS service fee of China Construction Bank’s online banking:

1. Bring your ID card and bank card to the counter of a business outlet.

2. Send a text message, write QXZH# and the last four digits of the card number and send it to 95533 to cancel.

3. Cancel on the official website of China Construction Bank. The specific methods and steps are:

1. Go directly to the official website and find "Convenient Services" on the lower left side of the homepage - " "SMS Finance" - "Activate" and click to activate;

2. On the activation page, there is an agreement to apply for the activation of SMS services. Click "Individual application for activation of SMS financial services of China Construction Bank" under the agreement; < /p>

3. In the dialog box on the identity verification page, enter the ID number, name and additional code you filled in when opening the bank card, and click "Submit";

4. After submission, The mobile phone number we filled in when applying for the card at the bank will appear. Then go to the official website homepage and select "SMS Service", click "Logout SMS Service" and enter the verification code received by the mobile phone number, and click "OK".
