What do the "application invitation" and "interview notice" on the talent network mean respectively?

You can use the "Invite Interview" function to send an interview notice to job seekers and invite them to an interview. There are two ways: single invitation and batch invitation.

Mode 1: Single invitation

1. Click "Invite Interview" on the resume preview page.

2. The contents of "interview position, interview time, interview place, contact person and telephone number" are required, and the contents of "interview instructions" are optional.

The system will automatically fill in the relevant information, and you can set and edit the above information according to the actual situation.

Mode 2: Bulk Invitation

1. Select multiple resumes on the left and click "Interview Invitation".

2. Arrange different interviews:

Click "Settings" to edit the interview information.

3. Arrange a unified interview: it is suitable for many people to interview the same position at the same interview time.

Send e-mails and text messages

After confirmation, the job seeker will receive email, on-site letter and WeChat push (follow the micro signal of Zhuo Bo Talent Network). In addition, you can also select "Send SMS at the same time".

E-mail, on-site letters, WeChat and SMS all use fixed and standardized templates. You can click to view the interview invitation message template.

Special note: the content of the interview invitation will determine the number of short messages, and a single short message can be up to 65 words. The number of messages sent should be based on the actual content.
