You can't send text messages on your mobile phone number. You can check in the following ways:

(1) Check whether the mobile phone number status is normal. If the phone is in arrears, it needs to be recharged.

(2) Check whether the SMS function of this number has been opened.

(3) Check whether the number of SMS center is set correctly.

(4) Restart the mobile phone, or replace the mobile phone card with the mobile phone of family and friends and try again to see if other Unicom users around are using it normally.
