Court enforcement notice

Legal analysis: the notice of execution is a legal document of the people's court in the execution stage, including the notice of assisting in execution and the notice of declaring property within a time limit. The notice of assistance in execution is the evidence that the people's court takes enforcement measures against the parties who fail to fulfill the obligations specified in the legal documents, and invites the relevant units to assist the people's court in execution. The Notice of Declaring Property within a Time Limit is a voucher for the people's court to order the person subjected to execution to declare property after accepting an execution case.

Article 240th After receiving the application for execution or the transfer of execution, the person subjected to execution shall issue a notice of execution to the person subjected to execution, and may immediately take enforcement measures.

Article 241 If the person subjected to execution fails to perform the obligations specified in the legal document according to the notice of execution, it shall report the current property status and the property status one year before the date of receiving the notice of execution. If the person subjected to execution refuses to make a report or makes a false report, the people's court may, according to the seriousness of the case, impose a fine or detain the person subjected to execution or his legal representative, the principal responsible person of the relevant unit or the person directly responsible.
