What is the reason for Huawei's mobile phone screen capture failure?

I don't know the specific situation of screen capture failure, and then introduce two common problems:

1 Multiple screen shots cannot be taken continuously.

Cause of the problem: After screen capture, the background of the mobile phone needs time to process the current screen capture, and it will stay in the screen capture interface by default.

Solution: After the screenshot disappears, wait for about 2 seconds, and then take a screenshot. Or press the back key to exit the screen capture preview interface and then take a screen capture.

Double-clicking knuckles and double-clicking knuckles have low screen capture success rate.

Please confirm that the mobile phone supports this operation in the following ways: Open Settings > Intelligent Assistant > Gesture Control, and whether there is intelligent screen capture. If there is no intelligent screen capture, it is not supported to double-click the knuckles for screen capture or screen recording;

If so, it may be due to the following reasons:

1) Please confirm whether it is caused by insufficient tapping during screen capture. When taking a screenshot or recording a screen, the knuckles slightly tap the screen, which is similar to knocking at the door, and generally makes a "beep" sound;

2) When double-clicking the screen capture or recording, please confirm whether the interval between two taps is too long. When you double-click with your knuckles, please put your mobile phone in your hand and make a quick and continuous tapping action on the screen. (The time interval between two taps should not exceed 0.25 seconds)

3) Please don't take the second screen shot immediately after the first smart screen shot, because the background needs time to process, and wait for the screen shot to disappear for about 2 seconds before taking the next screen shot.
