Ali Wangwang failed to log in. How to deal with the error code 14?

See if the password or account name is wrong. If restarting is not recommended, just log in again. I have encountered the same problem before, or I may be stuck because of too frequent operation.

One: The first method is to remove the enabling agent of Ali Want Want software.

First open Ali Want Want-click the Network Settings button in the lower right corner, and then check Enable Agent.

Two: The second method is to uninstall the software and reinstall the latest version of Ali Want Want.

Three: After uninstalling the software, click Software Manager again, enter Ali Want Want, and click Download.
