The nurse card update registration process is as follows:

First, the first step: personal submission process, enter the micro-service applet of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.

1. Click on my-my electronic system in the microservice applet.

2, click on the nurse electronic registration information system.

3, enter the nurse electronic registration information system home page, click on the business application in the registration.

Note: If the expiration date of the renewal period for nurses is more than three months, the "renewal registration" function will not be displayed in the "business application" on the personal side of nurses.

4. Fill in the business form, submit and save it after completion, and complete the personal business submission.

Second, the second step: organize the audit of the current practice.

Third, the third step: examination and approval by the Health and Health Commission.

Acceptance conditions for renewal of nurse card registration

1, with full capacity for civil conduct.

2, in secondary vocational schools, colleges and universities to complete the provisions of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health for more than 3 years of ordinary full-time nursing and midwifery courses, including teaching and general hospitals to complete more than 8 months of nursing clinical practice, and obtain the corresponding academic certificates.

3. Pass the nurse qualification examination organized by the Ministry of Health.

4. Meet the health standards stipulated in these Measures: no history of mental illness; No color blindness, color weakness and binaural hearing impairment; Diseases, disabilities or dysfunction that affect the performance of nursing duties.
