1. Dynamic verification code is the core function of 3D authentication, which is provided by the issuing bank for customers. During the transaction, the customer needs to enter a dynamic verification code to prove that the trader is the customer himself.

2. There are two ways of "dynamic verification code" provided by BOC: one is SMS verification code, and the other is electronic password card for logging in personal online banking, also known as ETOKEN.

(1) If you use the mobile phone verification code as the dynamic verification code, you must ensure that the mobile phone number entered during the transaction is consistent with the mobile phone number reserved in BOC. If the mobile phone number reserved by the credit card is no longer used, please change it in time.

(2) If you use personal online banking ETOKEN as a dynamic verification code, you need to bind ETOKEN to the credit card in personal online banking of wealth management version in advance. If you are not a personal online banking customer of wealth management version, you can bring your ID card to any outlet of BOC to bind your credit card with the dynamic password card.

Tips:

SMS verification code cannot be sent to the mobile phone number of overseas operators, but only to the mobile phone number of domestic operators.
