If an enterprise finds that the information disclosed in the annual report is inaccurate, it may make corrections before June 30 every year, and the information before and after correction shall be publicized at the same time.

The business license can no longer be used because it has not submitted an annual report to the registration authority for many years.

A legally established company shall be issued a business license by the company registration authority.
