How to check personal credit information?

Hello! You can check your personal credit report through the following methods:

1. Please log in to the Personal Banking APP, click All→Assistant→Personal Credit Report on the homepage. Review and sign the inquiry authorization agreement, fill in the email address for receiving credit reports, pass identity verification and trigger a credit report inquiry.

2. Please go to the local People's Bank of China to inquire or register online through the "Personal Credit Information Service Platform" of the Credit Information Center of the People's Bank of China.

3. If there is a self-service inquiry machine in the local area, you can also inquire through the self-service inquiry machine.

You can check the corporate credit report through the following channels:

1. Corporate online banking:

(1) The corporate contractor logs in to the corporate online banking and clicks on the service center → Corporate credit report → Activate business to activate business.

(2) After the business is activated, click Service Center → Corporate Credit Report → Inquiry Report to make an inquiry application.

(3) After the query is successful, click "Download Report" to download the credit report.

2. Enterprise Mobile Banking:

(1) Enterprise signees log in to the Enterprise Mobile Banking APP and click All Services → Value-Added Services → Credit Report → Activation Inquiry on the homepage to activate the business.

(2) After the business is activated, click "Application Query" to query and apply.

(3) After the query is successful, you can download the credit report (only available for viewing on Apple phones).

Warm reminder:

1. This business requires signing the "Power of Attorney for Online Contracting of Enterprise Financial Services Platform" with our bank.

2. Inquiries are not restricted by counter business hours and are free of charge.

3. Inquiries are limited to once per day, no more than 3 times per month, and no more than 12 times per year.

4. Our bank does not view or use the contents of the credit report. After the report is found, it will be cached for 7 days so that you can view and download it.

5. After viewing or downloading the report, please pay attention to protecting the information in the credit report.
