What if the school notice shows that the mobile phone number is occupied?

If a customer keeps his mobile phone number for online banking security authentication, handheld banking, short message banking, short message service and other services, he finds that his mobile phone number is occupied by others (including receiving short messages from others by mistake). In our bank, customers can apply for deleting duplicate mobile phone numbers in other customers' names at any business outlets in China with their valid identity documents and proof of holding mobile phone numbers. Mobile phone number holding certificate includes the following two types:

1. If the customer holds the mobile phone number for three months, he must hold the mobile phone payment list issued by the operator for three consecutive months;

2. If the customer has held the mobile phone number for less than three months, he must hold the information receipt issued by the operator when purchasing the number as proof.

This transaction only deletes duplicate mobile phone numbers under the names of all other customers, and will not delete the number under the name of this customer. The channel status of deleted customers remains unchanged.
