System Usage Operation Guide

01. Enter the service

Open the Minzhengtong APP, click "Health Code Misjudgment Appeal" on the homepage, and enter "Health Code Misjudgment Appeal" On the "Appeal" service page, select "Appeal on my own" or "Appeal on behalf of a family member".

02. Fill in the appeal information

Please fill in the appeal information according to the requirements of the page. After completing the filling, click Next to upload the appeal materials.

03. Materials required for misjudgment appeal

Screenshots of Fujian Health Code and screenshots of abnormal reasons. Here is a little secret for you. If you submit an appeal within the province, you only need to upload the health code. A screenshot of the cause of the abnormality is enough;

Recent nucleic acid test records and communication big data itinerary cards are only needed for appeals from outside the province! If you are appealing from outside the province and have nucleic acid from outside the province, please provide relevant screenshots so that the reviewers can accurately judge;

The front and back of the family member’s ID card are only needed to appeal on behalf of the family! Check the box to agree to the voluntary appeal and click Submit to complete.

04. How to check the submitted appeal?

After submission, you can check the review results in "My Appeal". If the review is passed, the transcoding can be completed within 1 hour.
