How long does it usually take to reach a verdict after the trial?

The delivery time of the next judgment after the hearing is as follows:

1. If it is a summary procedure, the judgment will generally be issued within 20 days;

2, may be sentenced to more than three years in prison, can be extended to one and a half months:

(1) If the verdict is pronounced in court, it shall be served on the party concerned and the people's procuratorate that initiated the public prosecution within five days;

(2) If a judgment is pronounced on a regular basis, it shall be served on the parties concerned and the people's procuratorate that initiated the public prosecution immediately after the announcement. The judgment shall be served on both the defender and the agent ad litem;

3, the basic people's court to apply ordinary procedures to the trial of civil cases of first instance, the parties voluntarily choose to apply summary procedures, with the consent of the people's court for examination, summary procedures can be applied to the trial;

4, the people's court shall not violate the principle of voluntary parties, ordinary procedures into summary procedures. As long as the facts are clear, the relationship between rights and obligations is clear, and there is little controversy, simple civil cases are applicable.
