1. Personal Bank: Please log in to the personal bank, click Home → All → Assistant → SMS Notification → "Pay Arrears" under the arrears account, and complete the payment operation according to the page prompts.

2. Online Banking: Please log in to your personal online banking, click "Pay" on the right side of Security → Message Service → Arrears Account, and complete the payment according to the page prompts. This transaction needs to be verified by K-Bao or K-Order.
