Meizu mx SMS can't be sent out, saying it's a network failure. How to solve it?

Open the dialing interface of Meizu MX4 mobile phone and enter the code *#*#4636#*#*. Postscript (same as postscript); Police officer (police sergeant)

Click on the mobile phone information to find the message, and enter +86 1380 (area code) 500 in the horizontal line. If you don't know the area code, you can call the operator to ask for the area code, and then click Update.
