Troubleshooting of mobile phone desktop application icon disappearing;

When you open the hidden desktop icon for the first time, a window will pop up prompting "Set Access Number". Set the 1- 16 digital access number that starts with # and ends with #. After setting, the application will be hidden. Enter the set access number in the dial to view hidden applications.
