How to check the credit limit in China CITIC Bank mobile card space

Dongka Space is an exclusive APP for CITIC Bank credit cards. To check the credit card limit, you can click "Credit Card" in the menu bar at the bottom of the Dongka Space. After entering the page, click "Adjust Limit" to view the permanent limit and temporary limit.

There are several ways to inquire about CITIC Bank’s credit card limit:

1. Customer service telephone inquiry. Cardholders can call CITIC Bank's 24-hour customer service hotline: 40088-95558, press "3" for bill and available limit inquiry services, and then press "2" account inquiry to inquire about limit and other information.

2. SMS query. You can use the mobile phone number registered with CITIC Bank, edit the mobile phone text message: YE + the last four digits of the card number (such as: YE8888), and send it to: 106980095558 to check your available limit.

Charging instructions: Users of China Mobile, China Unicom, and China Telecom who send text messages to 106980095558 only need to pay the operator the text message sending fee, and CITIC’s reply to the text message is free.

3. Bill inquiry. Cardholders can check your available credit limit for the month on each credit card statement issued by the bank.
