When will the new convertible bonds produce results?

Convertible bonds and new shares have the same process. What investors expect most after participating in innovation is to announce the winning results, just like the scores after the exam.

When will the new convertible bonds produce results?

T+2 days, that is, two trading days after participating in innovation, can produce results, but in fact, T+ 1 the results came out that night, but they were not announced. For example, you participated in the subscription of a convertible bond on Monday, and the result actually came out on Tuesday night, but it is usually announced on Wednesday.

Subscription process of new shares/bonds:

1T, purchase new shares/bonds, and check the matching number after liquidation in the evening;

2T+ 1, announce the winning rate, draw lots to form a winning result, and send the winning result to the securities company after the close of the day;

3T+2 days, publishing the issue price and winning results. Investors should ensure that their main fund account has enough funds for subscription of new shares/bonds at the end of the day, and pay them automatically in the evening liquidation (funds paid = number of lots won * issue price). If the investor's subscription funds are insufficient, it shall be deemed as giving up the subscription.

Rules for payment by lottery for subscription of convertible bonds:

1 The funds sold on the day of new debt lottery payment can be used for new debt lottery payment;

2 On the day when the new debt is paid, the general account only needs to have enough funds available; Both accounts need to have enough self-owned funds available, and the system will automatically deduct money at night.

After participating in the subscription of convertible bonds, the winning securities company will send a short message notice to the mobile phone number reserved in the winning account, but it does not rule out that the winning bidder has not received the relevant notice. It is recommended that you check the announcement of the winning result by yourself.
