It is difficult to determine the source of the virus.

It is not difficult to see from the notice that this batch of imported seafood stopped at Dalian port. Just last month, employees of a seafood processing enterprise in Dalian were diagnosed as COVID-19. Is COVID-19 imported from Dalian or from abroad as discovered by cold chain food enterprises importing seafood in Yantai? In fact, judging from the available information, it is difficult for us to determine whether the virus comes from overseas or Dalian. Because there are two situations after the goods arrive in Dalian, one is that the trading company opens the container and transports it from Dalian port to Yantai after internal consolidation, and the other is that the original container is directly transported from Dalian port to Yantai. Even in the latter case, it is difficult to determine whether it was infected abroad or through the crew when unloading the warehouse. From the map we can find that Yantai is not far from Dalian.

According to the policy, the products of processing enterprises cannot flow into the market, and all of them should be processed and exported. If the incoming material is 1000 tons and secretly flows into the market after processing, it is smuggling and tax evasion and will be severely punished, so there is no need to worry about the products flowing into the market. At present, the key to do is to ensure that the employees of the enterprise do not have problems, and then package and kill them and deal with the problems.
