I dropped my phone. How do I report the loss online?

1. If you are a Unicom user, you can report the loss/decoupling through the following channels:

(1) Log in to the online business hall, and click Handle > Handle Basic Business > Uncoupling Loss Reporting;

(2) Log in to the client of the mobile phone business hall, and click Services > Handling > Handling of Other Business > Loss Reporting and Decoupling.

2. In addition to the above methods, you can also call the home customer service hotline 100 10 or go to your home to connect with your own business hall.

Tip: There are differences in business policies in different cities, and the policies of China Unicom shall prevail.
