Chongqing's "12369 environmental hotline" adopts a centralized acceptance mode, that is, an acceptance center is set up in the municipal environmental administrative law enforcement corps, which is manned 24 hours a day, and "12369" is accepted by the acceptance center within the city's jurisdiction (Wanzhou, Fuling and Qianjiang areas are accepted by local acceptance sub-centers 12369). After receiving the complaints from the masses on 12369, the operator of the acceptance center will input the complaint information into the Chongqing complaint acceptance system 12369, and hand it over to the municipal environmental administrative law enforcement corps or the environmental protection departments of relevant counties (autonomous counties) in time according to their responsibilities and acceptance scope.

Second, the processing program

Chongqing Environmental Administrative Law Enforcement Corps or environmental protection departments of relevant districts and counties (autonomous counties) shall rush to the site within 30 minutes after receiving the information assigned by 12369 Center. For other complaints, the on-site investigation will be completed within 15 working days, and the suspected environmental violations will be investigated within 7 working days, and the investigation will be fed back to the complainant and Chongqing 12369 Environmental Report Acceptance Center.
