Connect your iPhone to the computer and wait for iTunes to recognize and read the data on your iPhone.

Locate and click the "Device"> "Backup" option in the left sidebar of the main interface.

Click on the small iPhone icon located in the upper right corner of the main interface, and a new interface will pop up.

Select the "Summary" tab.

Click the "Restore from Backup" button located below the new interface.
