In order to comprehensively do a good job in epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19, the relevant matters concerning further strengthening the control measures for epidemic prevention and control are hereby notified as follows:

1. The public places concerned must carry out epidemic situations such as "one meter", "wearing masks", "taking temperature", "checking health code and travel code", identity registration and disinfection.

2. You must wear a mask when you take public transportation and enter or leave relevant public places, and cooperate with health information verification and identity registration.

3. Vehicles and personnel passing through the epidemic prevention and control checkpoint must cooperate with and accept the inspection by the staff at the checkpoint, and shall not refuse to cooperate or evade the inspection by punching the card, bypassing the card, using false or fraudulent passes of others, etc.

4. Persons who are included in the scope of regular nucleic acid testing must participate in the nucleic acid testing organized by the unified organization according to the prescribed frequency, and may not fail to participate in the testing without reason.

5. People in the residential area must cooperate with the implementation of the measures of sealing and controlling, and are not allowed to gather, go out or deliver goods without authorization.

VI. People at risk who are told to be positive for nucleic acid testing, close contacts and sub-close contacts must obey the arrangement of relevant staff, and it is strictly forbidden to move without authorization.

VII. When people with COVID-19's symptoms or suspected symptoms see a doctor, they must wear masks all the time and are not allowed to take public transportation.

8. Persons whose health codes are yellow and red must be monitored at home or observed in centralized isolation as required, and it is strictly forbidden to move around without authorization.

9. During the emergency prevention and control period, people in the restricted area are not allowed to participate in activities such as gathering people to play cards, having dinner, gathering for training and attending classes.

XIII. Any unit or individual must cooperate with the disinfection work related to epidemic prevention and control.

XIV. Any unit or individual must operate legally, and shall not maliciously hoard commodities in short supply or drive up prices.

XV. The staff in high-risk posts who implement closed-loop management must strictly abide by the requirements of epidemic prevention and control management, and shall not leave closed-loop management without permission.

XVI. It is not allowed to fabricate or disseminate false epidemic information or disseminate personal information of citizens that has not been publicly released without authorization.

XVII. It is not allowed to forge or alter the negative certificate of nucleic acid test in medical institutions, and it is not allowed to use other people's health codes and trip codes or to conceal the trip and activity tracks by other means.

People returning from other places in the city must hold a 48-hour negative certificate of nucleic acid detection, report to their communities, hotels and units at the first time, take the initiative to report their trips, and implement epidemic prevention and control measures such as nucleic acid detection and isolation control according to relevant requirements.
