Court summons will be sent by post. The service of litigation documents can be notified by SMS, but there will be exceptions. With the consent of the addressee, the people's court may serve the notice of hearing by SMS; If it is delivered by SMS, the date when the SMS arrives at the addressee's specific system shall be the delivery date.

For the plaintiff, the court shall send it according to the address in the Confirmation of Service Address filled in when filing the case, and for the defendant, it shall send it according to the address provided by the plaintiff, and the confirmation of service address shall also be sent according to this address. Then the postal department will arrange special delivery. If it is difficult to serve litigation documents directly, it may entrust other people's courts to serve them on its behalf or by mail. If it is delivered by post, the date of receipt indicated on the receipt shall be the date of delivery.
