2. Unicom users can reset the service password through the following channels:

(1) Log in to the online business hall, click Forgot Password on the login page, and follow the prompts.

(2) Open China Unicom APP, click Forgot Password on the login page, enter your mobile phone number and verification code, and then press Next. At this time, the mobile phone will receive a 6-digit SMS password, enter the SMS password, new password, verification code and other information, and then click Next to reset the service password;

(3) Log in to the online business hall with a random password, click "Deal with" > "Other Business" > "Service Password Settings" > "Password Reset" on the homepage, and then click "Deal with it now" and follow the prompts;
