How does Unicom check the arrears?

Unicom customers can query in the following ways:

1, send "CXYE" or "YE" to10010;

2. log in to China Unicom APP: select service > query > phone bill business query > account balance;

3. log on to the website of China Unicom: select "query" > "phone bill service query".
