Why can Red Rice note2 send text messages, but I can't receive them?

1. Please open Settings ~ Application ~ Information ~ Whether the attempt to clear data is normal. Still not working. Please put your mobile phone card in another mobile phone to see if you can send and receive short messages normally.

2. If you can't send and receive SMS normally, please contact the network operator to see if it is a sim card problem.

3. If the card can be plugged into other mobile phones to send and receive short messages, it is suggested to plug it into your own mobile phone again and send yourself a short message to see if you can receive it.
